End of the year wrap-up

Congratulations on making it through the apocalypse. Holy Toledo. I am so sorry for the lack in posts lately. My 4 year old nephew seems to have a bigger need for the use of my ipad than me. Thankfully, Michael surprised me with a samsung Notebook for christmas to do all of my blogging. I can not even begin to say how greatful I am to have him care enough to know how much it means to me. I wanna spice it up and basically blog about anything I want. Reviews of beauty products, recipes, random topics, anything I want. I want to take this time to do a end of year favorites blog. This Year has truly been a year of lessons learned, self discoverance, and acceptance. I have been constantly comparing how my life was this time last year and thinking back to the changes that I have been blessed with. First I found happiness again. within myself this time. No help from anyone else. Then I found passion in my job. I found my true friend. And I found I no longer want the ones who constantly thrive on bumps that came along in my path. Then I found Michael. Favorite thing #1. Praying .

I Finally found god. My whole teenage and early 20's I fought and fought with believing in who the heck was upstairs and where we went once we leave this earth. Ive seen horrible things happen but then again I have seen miracles. I feel as my faith gets stronger , the better certain challenges seem to me. I felt lost with where I have been, where I was going and why i was here. It sounds stupid but I had a conversation out loud and wanted to see if I felt any kind of embrace or sign that there was someone who was listening. My faith and spiritually has truly brought me to the core of my existence. Favorite thing #2.

I was lucky enough to get a trip to salt lake city to take the F&I apprentice course and It truly changed my life. I was so blessed to go through that and take all the lessons I learned with me everyday I am in the office. I absolutely love my job. Is it stressful sometimes? Duh , what job isnt ? But at the end of the day I love what I do . Favorite thing #3.

My beach vacation with my mama. I was born and raised by the beach and it just brought me to my roots. And my passenger was the perfect one to bring with me. My mom and I needed a little break and I was so greatful that I was able to spend some quality girl time at the ocean with her. Favorite thing #4.

My puppies. I have had kaiser for the past few years but we adopted 2 dogs from HALO this year. Aspen (Pitbull) and Emma ( Pug, Chihahua) We were so passionate about rescuing these animals as we didnt know what to expect. We didnt know their stories or what they had been through so the only struggle was how to react to them learning obedience. What a freaking blessing. I talk about these furry little beans like they are my babies but in a way they are. They unconditionally have loved me through good and bad. HALO truly was the perfect organization to get these dogs from. Favorite thing # 5.

Our Promise rings. I was given this ring during a very tough family time and it couldnt have been more perfect. I have many more but these are the few that truly stick out in my mind. Happy weekend loves B
